Bosom Buddies Bristol is a Breast Cancer support group which has been supporting patients and families since 1997.

Founded in 1997 to help patients and families cope with the psychological and everyday effects of breast cancer.

Support Meetings

Our support meeting are on the 1st Tuesday of each month at The BAWA club, 589 Southmead Road, Bristol, BS34 7RG. Anyone is welcome to join our meetings and meet other people in similar situations.

Monthly Meetings - held in Bristol, a supportive environment with engaging speakers supporting your journey during and after a breast cancer diagnosis.
Lunches - a great way to catch up and chat, support and be supported.

Monthly Lunches

We meet face to face once a month for lunch at Penny Brohn Cancer Centre, Bristol, this is a great opportunity to share experiences and enjoy the company of others in warm and friendly surroundings.

Workshops

Bosom Buddies fund and support workshops and wellness days throughout the year, covering topics from nutrition, relaxation, lymphoedema and relaxation.
Wellbeing Events - regular events to learn ways of supporting yourself and have some fun.
Complementary Therapies - our qualified rehabilitation therapist can help you with clinical (lymphoedema and scar therapy) as well as relaxation (reflexology, reiki, neuromuscular release and hypnotherapy).

Complementary Therapies

Feeling stressed or suffering with side effects from surgery or treatment, our therapist can offer massage, reflexology or relaxation sessions.
